Appointments and Charges
1. **Booked Appointments**
  - Once an appointment is booked, it is binding. We reserve the right to charge for the missed service if the appointment is not attended.

2. **Quotes**
  - All quotes are based on daily parts prices and may vary if the customer delays ordering parts through us.

3. **Ordered Parts**
  - Ordering parts constitutes a binding contract, which must be paid for, regardless of circumstances.

4. **Email Orders**
  - Email orders are considered legal contracts that can only be canceled by Military Car Service. Customers are not entitled to any reimbursement for canceled orders.

5. **Vehicle Drop-off**
  - Vehicles can only be dropped off with the explicit agreement of management.

6. **Vehicle Collection**
  - Vehicles must be collected once service is completed due to limited parking space. Failure to do so can result in a parking charge of 12 Euros daily.

7. **Quote Adjustments**
  - Quotes may be adjusted during the service due to unforeseen extra work or additional parts needed.

8. **Work Orders**
  - The vehicle owner must sign work orders upon checking in the vehicle.

No-Show / No-Cancellation Policy
**Policy Statement**
- Once an appointment is booked, the time is reserved exclusively for the customer. If the appointment is not canceled 24 hours before the scheduled time, a no-show or last-minute cancellation will result in a total labor charge and being put on our Black List.

**Cancellation Method**
- Cancellations are only accepted via email at appointments@militarycarservice.com.

**Cancelled Appointments by MCS**
- Military Car Service holds the right to cancel or rebook any booked appointments if necessary. Affected customers are not entitled to any reimbursements.


Parts Policy
1. Customers cannot bring their parts or fluids for repairs or services.
2. Ordered parts must be paid for even if the customer cancels the appointment before the date.

Late Policy
**Appointments Up to One Hour of Labor**
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to decline service for the day, and you will need to reschedule. Failure to reschedule will result in a no-show/no-cancellation fee (full labor charge for the booked service). Ordered parts for the booked appointment may be charged immediately.

**Appointments Over One Hour of Labor**
- If you are more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to decline service for the day, and you will need to reschedule. Failure to reschedule will result in a no-show/no-cancellation fee (full labor charge for the booked service). Ordered parts for the booked appointment may be charged immediately.

Appointment Booking
- Customers should book appointments only for their needed services, not merely to avoid waiting times. Incorrectly booked appointments will be charged and canceled.

Rental Cars
**Usage Restrictions**
- Our rental cars are strictly for shop-related use and are not intended for vacations or hauling purposes.
- Rental vehicles are to be used within the Stuttgart area. If a customer needs to leave the area with a shop rental, they must obtain prior permission. Failure to do so will void the insurance, and the customer will be liable for any costs incurred.

**Animal Policy**
- Animals are not allowed in the rental vehicles. If cleaning is required due to the presence of animals, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
